Process

The project is planned and developed using a modified Scrum process. It took place in the home office due to the special occasion (Covid-19 virus). The sprints were scheduled in weekly cycles and ran from Wednesday of the starting week to Tuesday of the next week. Sprint planning consisted of preparing the sprint backlog and distributing the tasks. A meeting (Daily) was held each morning to discuss results from the previous day and plans for the current day. The sprint ended with a retrospective in which mistakes and well-deserved points are collected.
